Alongside our people, customers, brokers and partners, we are focused on building communities that are stronger, more diverse and inclusive, and more resilient to the impacts of climate change. We’ll help achieve these goals by:
- Contributing to 2% average of our Group Adjusted Operating Profit toward community investment.1
- Encouraging our people to give back to the causes that matter most to them through our AvivaGives volunteer and giving program, including three days of paid time off to volunteer and personal charitable donation matching (up to $300/year).

Aviva Canada’s $450,000 partnership with Habitat Canada helps support their Indigenous Housing Partnership, an initiative that underscores our commitment to Indigenous communities and financial resilience. We are proud to partner with Habitat Canada to support their work alongside Indigenous families to create housing solutions that preserve Indigenous Peoples’ heritage and support their future.
