Report any suspicious activity

If you are an Aviva Canada customer, and you believe that you may have been the victim of insurance fraud, contact our 24 hours a day, seven days a week Fraud Information Centre on our Fraud Hub.

If you suspect insurance fraud, and not an Aviva Canada customer call your local police and your insurance company to inform them and ask for next steps. You can also:

• submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers (1-800-222-TIPS),
• file a report to FSCO's Auto Insurance Fraud Hotline or call 1-855-5TIP-NOW, and 
• contact IBC's confidential TIPS Line (open 24 hours a day, seven days a week) at 1-877-IBC-TIPS, or submit an anonymous online tip to IBC.
